If the operation of the BoB MKII is suspected to be at fault, carry out the pre-use tests in their entirety and check all the sockets, connections, components and D-sub connector for security, damage and continuity.  Review  this User Manual for proper use of the BoB MKII.  If the equipment is still not functioning as outlined in this User Manual, then contact Copernicus Technology Ltd (CTL).
