Warranty & License Agreements
1. Copernicus Technology Ltd (CTL) warrants to the Purchaser of this product that is shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year, unless separate warranty arrangements have been made in writing with the Purchaser. The warranty period is controlled by the documents supplied with each product and begins on the date of shipment. This warranty applies to the original buyer or end-user customer of a CTL authorised distributor (Distributor). A Distributor shall have no authority to extend a greater or different warranty on behalf of CTL.
2. CTL's warranty obligation is limited, at CTL's option, to refund of the purchase price, free of charge repair, or replacement of a defective product returned within the warranty period. Before requesting service, please review the supplied User Manual to ensure proper installation and correct customer application.

3.1 Following discussion with CTL send the product, with a description of the difficulty, postage and insurance prepaid (FCA Destination) to CTL. CTL assumes no risk for damage in transit. Following warranty repair, the product will be returned to Buyer, transportation prepaid (FCA Destination). CTL reserves the right to invoice Purchaser for importation costs of repair/replacement parts when the product purchased in one country is submitted for repair in another country.
3.2 If CTL determines that the failure was caused by misuse, alteration, accident or abnormal condition of operation or handling, CTL will provide an estimate of repair costs and obtain authorization before commencing the work. Following repair, the product will be returned to the Buyer, transportation prepaid and the Buyer will be billed for the repair and return transportation charges (FCA Shipping Point).
4. This limited warranty shall not apply if failure of the Product has resulted from:
4.1 Failure to use the product in accordance with the then current User Manual supplied by CTL;
4.2 Accident, abuse, or misapplication;
4.3 Use in products or equipment not specified by CTL as being compatible with the Product;
4.4 If Purchaser has not notified CTL in writing of the defect within the above warranty period;
4.5 Failure to install any update provided by CTL or the distributor; or
4.6 Alleged errors or defects which are not reproducible by CTL.
5. This limited warranty does not apply to fuses and disposable batteries contained in the Product.
6. Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy which, but for this provision, might arise by implication or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose are expressly limited to the term of the Warranty.
7. Under no circumstances shall CTL be liable to Purchaser or any other person for any incidental, special or consequential damages, whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, or otherwise.
