CTL Important InformationINTRODUCTION
The IFD™ range of products have been designed and manufactured to provide the Customer with the very latest advances in Intermittent Fault Detection technology. This section of the User Manual provides all of the relevant Warranty and Licence Agreement information with which the Customer must familiarise themselves before first use of the product, and it must also be referred to in the event that the Customer encounters a problem with the functioning and performance of the product.
For customers who have purchased their product from Copernicus Technology Ltd (CTL) please refer to Table 1, below, which defines the warranty and licence coverage for all of the hardware and software components that make up the IFD™ product line.

WARRANTY SERVICE
For CTL customers, CTL is the first port of all call for all warranty issues irrespective of which system component is affected. The enclosed USC warranty refers to ‘authorised USC Dealers’ and ‘service centres’: CTL is approved by USC to fulfil both roles to CTL customers.
