To reduce risk to the User, supporting personnel and damage to equipment
the following warnings must be strictly observed:
· To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this equipment to rain, snow or moisture. Do not use this equipment where contact with or immersion in water could be possible.
· Equipment has to be made safe for servicing.
· Time should be allowed for the discharging of high capacity capacitors in the equipment under test.
· All battery sources should be disconnected before connecting the IDFIS™.
· The IDFIS™ is not ATEX compliant and as such, must NOT be operated in an area classified as an ATEX zone.
· The IDFIS™ is to be used as test equipment ONLY and it must NOT be used to provide proof of circuit safety or its safe or functional operation.
