The Rack-Mounted version of the IFD™ Technology is called the IDFIS™. The IDFIS™ is supplied complete with a controlling computer (CC), a 4k monitor and an external DMM all pre-configured and ready to test large Test Point count UUT. The side by side dual 19" rack-mounted equipment is populated with IFD™ modules which are the same modules that power the VIFD™; each module provides 256 test points. The IDFIS™ is configured in Pods (7U height), with each Pod housing 5 modules and having a total of 1,280 Test Points. The system can be expanded by adding up to 64 modules (16, 384 test points) as fully populated Pods or part populated Pods.
On the front of each Pod is a Virginia Panel with 1,280 test points and optional control lines.
