DMM Reading

The DMM display shows the current reading from the actual DMM, the associated units, Range and Resolution.
  • If the DMM is over limits, the reading will show 'OVLD' (overload).
  • If the DMM reads over the limit of the Analyzer capability, the reading will show 'POC' (possible open circuit).

Only Ohms-2 Wire is available for the current testing regimes.

Use this button to freeze the DMM and the current readings displayed.  A subsequent click will allow the DMM to continue reading.

Min/Max Display

Check the Min/Max Displays option to display the Minimum and Maximum values read by the DMM since the DMM was opened or Reset.

Use the dropdowns to select the Range and the Resolution of the DMM.  Note that the Resolution might be automatically set and unavailable to change by the User during certain testing functions.

Check the Min/Max Display to show the Minimum and Maximum DMM readings.
Check the Offset to change the main reading by the current reading which is known as the Offset; the Offset value will be displayed under the Min/Max Display.
Select the number of reading the DMM should take per second; the default is set to 3 (Max 6) Readings/Sec if the DDM resolution is set to 6.5 Digit, and up to 20 (max 75) Readings/Sec if its set to 5.5 Digit.
