This report is designed to detail the necessary information for building the IA and includes further details of the relevant connector reference and any cable references that might have been entered on the Test Point Add/Edit form. The actual pin number is listed along with the nomenclature for the test point. A notes field and a check field have been provided for the User, so that each pin can be checked off as the IA is built, thus providing documentation for a quality process.

If this form is going to be part of a company process, then for QA purposes it should be a registered form. Therefore, the designated form reference can be entered on the Company Details and Preferences form.
