Analyzer Hardware
As supplied by the manufacture or Authorised Distributor, the Ncompass™ 4000 range is a legacy dual module portable unit.
New systems comprising of 128, 256 and 512 TPs can be purchased as VIFD™, and systems of more than 512 TPs can be purchased as IDFIS™.
CC Hardware
Ncompass™ Portables and Rack-mount systems were supplied already configured with the applicable CC hardware, device drivers, operating system and operating software pre-installed.
To effectively operate a legacy portable system of any test point configuration, the following computer hardware is required:

Optimum brightness settings for the monitors depends on nature and location of use. For general office/workshop use 200-250 nit range. For indoor use with uncontrolled or indirect sunlight it is recommended that a display of 500-900 nits be used. If the application is outdoors or in direct sunlight then at least 1000 nits plus should be considered.
