Using Peripheral Test Equipment

 

Some models of IFD™ TE can be configured to utilise a range of integral 3rd party device such as a DMM housed within the IDFIS™ rackmount or an external DMM connected to the dedicated BNC or Instr connections.  Peripherals supported by IFD™ TE testing are:

 

Ø     Supported Devices National Instruments: NI-4050, NI-4060, NI-4065, NI-4070, NI-4071, NI-4072

 

Ø     Supported Devices Keysight: 3446x

 

Ø     Supported Devices Agilent: 34410A, 34411A, L4411A
