This Help file comes in 3 formats, CHM, PDF and HTML.

 

Help files using the CHM format are supported by most Microsoft Operating Systems; if you have problems opening a CHM file, then try 'unblocking' the file under the file's properties and the security setting.  The HTML version is hosted on your distributor's website.
